About the role
- Partner with Operations leaders to provide HR guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Support talent development initiatives, including talent reviews, 9-box assessments, and succession planning.
- Analyze workforce metrics and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Coach managers on employee engagement, performance improvement, and career development strategies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and escalations.
- Collaborate with HR peers to streamline processes and implement HR best practices across Operations.
- Build credibility and trust with Operations teams, providing guidance on organizational design and workforce effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company HR policies.
- Support operational culture initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and high performance.
- Participate in HR meetings to share insights, align strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles
- 3+ years managing complex employee relations issues
- Experience supporting Operations and Manufacturing business units
- Experience in high-growth organizations and scaling HR programs
- Strong knowledge of talent management processes, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
