- Industrial Color is a creative production agency with studios in New York and Los Angeles, partnering with top global brands. We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas to life across media, from title design and digital campaigns to presentations and research.

- In this role you will:
- Conduct design research and source visual references to inspire and inform creative concepts
- Create polished, visually compelling presentations that communicate ideas effectively
- Design and produce digital banners, collateral, eCommerce assets, social posts, video title sequences, and graphic elements for multimedia projects
- Explore and develop distinctive color palettes to enhance visual impact
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, senior creatives, and producers to bring concepts to life
- Contribute to the development and delivery of compelling creative pitches
- Clearly articulate and present design ideas to internal teams and stakeholders
- Develop style guides and standards documentation to ensure visual consistency across projects
- Skills & Competencies
- Creative Excellence – Strong visual design skills with mastery of color, composition, typography, and layout across multiple platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work seamlessly with creative, production, and client teams while clearly articulating ideas and creative rationale.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Comfort working across varied project types and scales, quickly pivoting between mediums while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality creative
- 3+ years of professional design experience, backed by a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and versatility
- Expertise in color theory, typography, and designing for diverse multimedia platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop; strong skills in Google Suite and Keynote
- Strong storyboarding and drawing abilities
- Graphic visualizations, environmental graphics, book design, magazine publications
- Working knowledge of Premiere and motion design skills a plus
- Exceptional eye for detail with a commitment to design precision
- Keeps ahead of trends in advertising, culture, and current events
- Agile and adaptable, seamlessly managing multiple projects and clients
- Deep understanding of client brands to deliver authentic, on-strategy creative
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
