About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with the startup schedule.
- Lead readiness reviews and track readiness gaps with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure integration of chemical additives operations into refinery-wide operating procedures and systems.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on the order and delivery of chemicals and equipment.
- Work with Rizon technical and operations teams to write and validate Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in the creation of Control of Work documentation including JSAs/JHAs.
- Serve as the safety lead, championing a culture of safety and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate field training programs specific to fuel additives systems.
- Develop training materials in collaboration with Technical Service Team.
- Lead commissioning and pre-startup safety reviews of equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain regular updates with stakeholders on readiness status.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years process engineering or operations at a refinery or chemical plant
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be familiar with operations of refineries or chemical plants.
