Customer Success Manager

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Client Success Managers to drive client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Establishing and executing strategies to drive client renewals, minimize churn, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborating with client delivery, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and drive adoption of our solutions.
• Overseeing client contract management, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance.
• Partnering with internal teams and using internal solutions, Smartsheet/Salesforce/JIRA/etc., to maintain accurate client data.
• Monitoring key client success metrics and using data-driven insights to improve team performance and client outcomes.
• Acting as an escalation point for high-impact client concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Advocating for client needs within the organization to inform product development and service enhancements.

Director of Client Success

Customer Support

• Provide responsive technical support to internal users, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Configure, deploy, and manage corporate desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing employees.
• Administer and maintain core IT systems including Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.).
• Manage device lifecycle tasks such as imaging, patching, updates, asset tracking, and security compliance.
• Support remote employees with VPN, hardware, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to maintain and optimize endpoint security tools and IT processes.
• Document technical procedures, maintain knowledge bases, and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities including user account provisioning and equipment setup/returns.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation to support critical IT incidents or escalations.
• Assist in annual security and compliance initiatives, including audits and user training.

Desktop Support Specialist

Accounting Manager

• Perform and oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Manage and work directly on full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, balancing and prioritizing workflows to maintain accurate cash flow and strong vendor/customer relationships.
• Prepare and review financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow); ensuring accuracy through your own work and the oversight of others.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes while actively performing key closing tasks.
• Coordinate directly with external auditors; preparing documentation, answering questions, and following up on audit requests.
• Oversee and ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606, including reviewing contracts, identifying performance obligations, and preparing related journal entries.
• Assist in developing and refining financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring they are practical for day-to-day use.
• Partner with the CFO and Director of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, contributing both analysis and tactical execution.
• Work closely with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the more junior accounting staff, offering direction while working alongside them to meet deadlines.
