Product Manager

• Partner with clients, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Public Health stakeholders to develop a comprehensive, end‑to‑end understanding of solution needs, constraints, and priorities
• Continuous user and client discovery and validation, conducting user interviews to understand pain points and the user journey to create intuitive experiences that deliver value.
• Own and communicate product vision and roadmap, articulating the “why” behind the product vision ensuring alignment across stakeholders, Scrum teams, and leadership
• Lead quarterly product planning, defining clear goals, priorities, and success measures, and ensuring quarterly commitments are delivered through active coordination and execution tracking
• Translate client, business, and regulatory needs into clear, actionable product direction, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non‑functional requirements
• Maintain backlog of at least two sprints of fully refined work items that are execution ready
• Data driven decision making to measure success and drive product priority decisions using prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW or RICE to align with business goals.
• Maintain backlog of the next quarter’s epics and features to provide a roadmap for the team and define quarterly planning
• Ensure solutions are designed with security, scalability, performance, reliability, accessibility, and user experience as first‑class considerations
• Evaluate how proposed capabilities fit within the broader platform ecosystem, including shared services, integrations, data flows, and long‑term roadmap implications
• Incorporate AI‑assisted practices throughout the SDLC, using responsible AI to support discovery, requirements definition and refinement, prioritization, documentation, and delivery—while ensuring human oversight, accuracy, security, and compliance remain central
• Partner closely with engineering throughout the delivery lifecycle—refining scope, clarifying intent, answering questions, and validating delivered outcomes against expected end‑to‑end behavior
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure operational readiness of launched features and products
• Lead and facilitate planning sessions to align stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, and solution approaches
• Create and maintain supporting artifacts (workflows, user journeys, diagrams, and supporting documentation) that enable effective solution design and delivery
• Demo new capabilities to internal teams and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback into ongoing product evolution

Project Manager

• Prepare and track all formal project correspondence to and from the client and distribute relevant information to management and the project team as applicable
• Develop and maintain accurate and updated project plans using Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
• Track and ensure project burn rate is within identified projections
• Demonstrate deep curiosity when working with technical and implementation teams to determine necessary steps and timeline for project completion
• Develop a high-level understanding of our supported products and how they are used
• Understand the contract and all deliverables to ensure requirements and scope are widely known and met
• Proactively communicate and work with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate and address out-of-scope work requests
• Work with Client Success Manager to request funding approval for out-of-scope work requests
• Proactively identify potential risk areas in entire implementation plan and guide client in risk management and mitigation
• Review client complaints and concerns and seek to improve the client experience
• Create a monthly project status report
• Work with Client Success Manager to provide metrics for monthly client status report
• Create Jira tickets for project deliverables; ensure timely updates to tickets as appropriate
• Work closely with the internal teams to ensure tickets are being prioritized appropriately, updated as needed, and discussed ongoing to avoid long term issues
• Follow established change control procedures to manage overall project scope
• Direct, lead and mentor members of the project team; Act as an escalation point and coach for team members
• Provide project status to management, the project team, and the client in a variety of different formats including creating dashboards as needed
• Manage utilization, allocation, and burn for each project
• Facilitate regular project team meetings including meetings with internal team members and client representatives
• Be prepared to lead additional meetings including creating an agenda and documenting/publishing meeting notes and action items
• Follow up on all action items and outstanding tickets in a timely manner
• Develop standardized processes for small projects, which may not require full project management resources, to ensure successful outcomes for smaller clients and internal projects

Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

Controller

• Lead and manage all daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, accruals, and the preparation of journal entries in compliance with US GAAP.
• Oversee full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate cash flow management and strong customer/vendor relationships.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes - setting timelines, reviewing all deliverables, and performing key closing tasks directly as needed.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and key management reports.
• Lead the accounting integration of acquired companies, including system migrations into NetSuite and alignment of accounting policies, processes, and controls.
• Partner with Client Success and Operations to define, document, and operationalize revenue recognition practices in compliance with ASC 606.
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recording by overseeing revenue schedules, contract reviews, and system configurations supporting usage-based or subscription billing models.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audit activities, providing documentation, and responding to inquiries.
• Partner with external tax advisors to ensure all federal, state, and local filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Own day-to-day banking and treasury management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Company insurance broker, driving annual renewals and managing claims.
• Develop, refine, and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures that support scalability and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Work closely with the CFO and Director of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to support operational decision-making and financial transparency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes while maintaining high-quality day-to-day execution.
• Drive ERP system utilization and enhancements (NetSuite strongly preferred) to support business scaling.

Controller – Virtual/Remote

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps using Smartsheet, Jira, and/or other project management tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data, Product, Client Delivery, Operations, etc.) to define scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to support timely delivery.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for internal initiatives, facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and publishing action items.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, utilization, and burn rate for internal efforts.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early; develop mitigation plans and collaborate with SMEs to resolve blockers.
• Document technical decisions, action items, risks, and delivery assumptions in a clear and actionable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Follow established change-control procedures to manage adjustments in scope, timing, or resources.
• Leverage internal tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.) to track progress, drive transparency, and standardize processes.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and escalation support for team members working on project workstreams.
• Contribute to internal process evaluations and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Support development of internal proposals, business cases, and readiness for new tools, system upgrades, or technology transitions.
• Participate in internal planning sessions and cross-functional strategic initiatives as needed.
