About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Under the direction of the Director of Finance, will handle corporate accounting, including general ledger reconciliations, account reconciliations, and billing and payable processing.
Accounting activities will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
Preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and other necessary reporting documents.
Hands-on direction of the month-end close process and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assistance with outside accounting firm for the preparation and filing of all tax returns.
Collaboration with CFO in the formal development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Active participation in support of annual audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
3+ years of experience in financial management roles with relevant experience.
SaaS experience required.
ERP experience (NetSuite highly preferred).
Understands revenue recognition for a SaaS organization.
Thoroughly versed in GAAP particularly with technology related requirements, and have strong background in non-routine and complex transactions.
