• Guide med chem strategy: what to make, test, and advance
• Model in vivo outcomes from PK/PD/efficacy relationships to projected human dose
• Prototype scientific analyses and modeling experiments in code
• Set scientific direction for the platform and write feature requirements

Product Scientist

• Support a variety of partner drug discovery programs from lead generation through development
• Collaborate with compchem, DMPK, and machine learning colleagues on partner projects
• Deliver value through Inductive’s experimental offerings combining drug discovery experience with AI workflows
• Build AI-native drug discovery platform to speed drugs to the clinic
• Represent Inductive’s mission, build connections in the field, and gather feedback
