About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support a variety of partner drug discovery programs from lead generation through development
  • Collaborate with compchem, DMPK, and machine learning colleagues on partner projects
  • Deliver value through Inductive’s experimental offerings combining drug discovery experience with AI workflows
  • Build AI-native drug discovery platform to speed drugs to the clinic
  • Represent Inductive’s mission, build connections in the field, and gather feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Creative and accomplished medicinal chemist with a synthetic organic chemistry background
  • Direct experience at all stages of drug discovery projects
  • Strong background in evaluating compound quality, from LLE to dose prediction
  • Experience with various modalities including reversible and covalent compounds
  • Years of chemical synthesis experience with CROs
  • Effective communication and willingness to seek feedback
  • Experience with predictive models and automation is a plus!
