Key responsibilities & impact

Support a variety of partner drug discovery programs from lead generation through development
Collaborate with compchem, DMPK, and machine learning colleagues on partner projects
Deliver value through Inductive’s experimental offerings combining drug discovery experience with AI workflows
Build AI-native drug discovery platform to speed drugs to the clinic
Represent Inductive’s mission, build connections in the field, and gather feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Creative and accomplished medicinal chemist with a synthetic organic chemistry background
Direct experience at all stages of drug discovery projects
Strong background in evaluating compound quality, from LLE to dose prediction
Experience with various modalities including reversible and covalent compounds
Years of chemical synthesis experience with CROs
Effective communication and willingness to seek feedback
Experience with predictive models and automation is a plus!
