About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a variety of partner drug discovery programs from lead generation through development
- Collaborate with compchem, DMPK, and machine learning colleagues on partner projects
- Deliver value through Inductive’s experimental offerings combining drug discovery experience with AI workflows
- Build AI-native drug discovery platform to speed drugs to the clinic
- Represent Inductive’s mission, build connections in the field, and gather feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Creative and accomplished medicinal chemist with a synthetic organic chemistry background
- Direct experience at all stages of drug discovery projects
- Strong background in evaluating compound quality, from LLE to dose prediction
- Experience with various modalities including reversible and covalent compounds
- Years of chemical synthesis experience with CROs
- Effective communication and willingness to seek feedback
- Experience with predictive models and automation is a plus!
