About the role

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients through meetings
  • Participate in improvement processes and update information in coordination with other departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor monthly performance by analyzing forecast versus scheduled volume
  • Ensure efficient information exchange between clients and the commercial team
  • Log and track customer complaints through the SAC Portal
  • Manage the process of product returns and replacements to the customer
  • Ensure customer credit approval

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
  • Experience in customer service
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Protheus or SAP systems preferred
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Intermediate English
