About the role
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients through meetings
- Participate in improvement processes and update information in coordination with other departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor monthly performance by analyzing forecast versus scheduled volume
- Ensure efficient information exchange between clients and the commercial team
- Log and track customer complaints through the SAC Portal
- Manage the process of product returns and replacements to the customer
- Ensure customer credit approval
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- Experience in customer service
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Protheus or SAP systems preferred
- Experience with Power BI
- Intermediate English
