About the role

  • Manage demand planning as a Senior Operational Planning Analyst
  • Actively participate in all stages of the collaborative S&OP process
  • Consolidate market information with Commercial and Market Intelligence teams
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual demand, proposing corrective actions
  • Own the sales plan data and related decisions
  • Develop and refine statistical and collaborative demand forecasting models
  • Monitor KPIs such as MAPE, BIAS, inventory levels and coverage
  • Translate the demand plan into production and procurement plans
  • Act as a facilitator in the transition from S&OP to S&OE
  • Participate in supply planning optimization and transformation projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed; diploma required)
  • Prior experience in the role
  • Soft skills: clear and concise communication
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to convert data into actionable information for decision-making
  • Sense of urgency and results orientation
  • Ease interacting with and navigating different business areas
  • Hard skills: preparation of presentations in PowerPoint (S&OP and Executive S&OP agendas)
  • Scenario building and trade-off analysis
  • Data architecture and modeling using advanced Excel
  • Advanced Power BI
  • Intermediate English
