IT Support

• Provide technical support to end users across a multi-platform environment
• Troubleshoot and support: Windows desktops and laptops, Android and iOS mobile devices
• Perform printer installations and troubleshooting
• Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 products including: Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
• Replace and upgrade laptop and desktop hardware
• Image and deploy new computers and devices
• Provide deskside and remote support to resolve daily user issues
• Document support requests, resolutions, and hardware activity as required
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members to resolve escalated issues
