About the role

  • - Support deployment, configuration, and policy management within Microsoft Intune for Windows and Jamf for macOS.
  • - Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate person.
  • - Investigation and implementation of new software technology as needed to meet the needs of Innovative Hematology.
  • - Provide administrative support for Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • - Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance through the Help Desk support system.
  • - Assist in creating and maintaining compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
  • - Assist in managing Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, and conditional access policies.
  • - Assist supporting server operating systems and system software.
  • - Monitor system resources to pro-actively address issues or quickly resolve unforeseen issues.

Requirements

  • - Minimum Associate’s degree (preferred), or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • - Minimum of 3 years related working experience preferably in Microsoft environment
  • - Valid driver’s license and insured automobile required
