• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend data solutions that address key challenges and opportunities.

Business Development Rep

• Manage select customer accounts and business development projects, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings and follow up on assigned action items.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, pricing documents, presentations, and customer correspondence.
• Manage the routing, tracking, and filing of contracts and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Works closely with the Product Owners, Developers, SQA Analysts, and other teams to manage the delivery of software testing against IHIE systems.
• Responsible for defining testing best practices, directing the Testing Team’s strategies, and implementing quality assurance processes.
• Manage SQA resources and employ automated testing tools.
• Coordinate the team towards company goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the IHIE’s Testing Team.
• Coordinate with IHIE Managers, Directors, POs, and PMs to ensure high quality support and successful software testing.
• Address inter-team and intra-team knowledge transfer and communication.

Indiana Health Information Exchange’s (IHIE) Solution Engineering team develops technologies that directly impact the quality, safety, and efficiency of healthcare. We are seeking a Manager of Solution Engineering with expertise overseeing developers as they perform design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of full-stack applications. This position will focus on supporting development teams by managing standards and best practices, advising on technical approach, clarifying requirements for projects, and setting forward-looking architectural direction for IHIE’s application development strategy.

Summary: Works closely with the IHIE Developers, Product Owners, Support/Integration Teams, and partners to implement application functionality and integrations. This role will exercise strong management, organization, analysis, design, and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems and teams.
