About the role
- Help resolve customer inquiries and provide the ultimate customer experience!
- Completing initial new claims setup;
- Processing one-contact claims;
- Providing guidance for repair facilities;
- Coordinating rental reservations;
- Ensuring the seamless transfer of more complex inquiries to the appropriate individuals;
- Receiving and processing payment-related inquiries via telephone;
- Guiding policyholders through the online payment process;
- Actively engaging policyholders and agents through surveys and digital platforms to gather information;
- Strengthening relationships, enhancing the overall service experience;
- Processing simple policyholder change requests;
- Entering data accurately within various systems;
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service experience or training, required
- Completing initial new claims setup; processing one-contact claims; providing guidance for repair facilities; coordinating rental reservations; and ensuring the seamless transfer of more complex inquiries to the appropriate individuals
- Receiving and processing payment-related inquiries via telephone and/or guiding policyholders through the online payment process
- Actively engaging policyholders and agents through surveys and digital platforms to gather information, strengthen relationships, and enhance the overall service experience
- Processing simple policyholder change requests
- Entering data accurately within various systems
- Desire to increase knowledge, learn new systems and adopt new tools to enhance overall job performance
- Flexibility in work schedule with the ability to work outside of normal office hours
