About the role
- Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms
- Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product promotions are effectively implemented
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and site analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Regularly update product information, pricing, and availability on e-commerce sites
- Ensure an adequate supply of packing materials is maintained
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
