About the role

  • Responsible for building, expanding and nurturing strategic client relationships within the Healthcare sector
  • Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities within those organizations
  • Translate client business challenges into scalable digital and 3D solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams across Project Management, Creative and Production to ensure client engagements run smoothly
  • Align internal stakeholders and safeguard client satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong presence with clients, building trusted relationships at senior stakeholder and C-suite level
  • Take initiative to travel to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of commercial experience, preferably within Healthcare or a related sector
  • Proven track record in enterprise account management and growth
  • Experience working with large multinational organizations
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
  • Experience collaborating with delivery and project teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
