Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in case management, care coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, member care standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and care management software.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) credential (preferred).
  • Experience working with diverse member populations and chronic disease management (preferred).
  • Advanced degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and population health management (preferred).
  • Bilingual abilities or experience in culturally competent care delivery (preferred).
