Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, develop, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements
Liaison between IT and business stakeholders
Develop and execute quality assurance test plans
Lead business definition and process development of enterprise projects
Work with Business Teams and project sub-teams to meet project requirements
Utilize SQL to build technical specifications and analyze test results
Develop integrated Test Plans and detail design solutions
Ensure successful project execution and provide applications management support

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Associate's degree preferred
Four (4) years of business analyst experience in a healthcare organization
Four (4) years of experience at Nova with demonstrated ability to provide systems analysis
Ability to understand regulatory requirements and design process and systems support around them
Knowledge of self-funded insurance or healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization
Ability to articulate complex systems, process and/or concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to document complex processes
