About the role
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Pipelines.
- Architect and implement data warehouse solutions using SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and OneLake.
- Integrate and transform data from diverse sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-performance, scalable data solutions that drive business insights.
- Contribute to data governance, architecture, and best practices across the Microsoft data stack.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing new features in Microsoft Fabric, Dataflows Gen2, and Power BI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SQL Server development, SSIS, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Power BI for data modeling, DAX, and visualization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, agile consulting environment.
- A growth mindset—you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
- Bonus: Experience with Azure Data Services, Dataverse, Power Platform, Python, Git, Dataverse.
