Ensure copy follows Baidu best practices, creative principles, and brand guidelines
Develop Chinese brand guidelines and brief translation company
Provide feedback to ensure cultural localization and audience relevance
Implement and maintain QA processes to achieve 99% accuracy
Manage high volume of deliverables and collaborate with global creative hub and clients
Report to Senior Copywriter
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Chinese copywriting within a digital marketing or creative agency
Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong understanding of digital, social (particularly Baidu), and paid media content best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and editing skills with Chinese linguistics expertise
Experience delivering high-volume content on time while maintaining quality standards
Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and automation (preferred)
Ability to work within fast-paced global teams and collaborate with Traffic Managers, Creative Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, Ad Developers, and client teams
