Lead and manage an international team of remote writers, providing guidance and ensuring quality output
Write compelling headlines, captions, and calls to action optimized for digital, social, and paid media platforms as well as content syndication for LinkedIn
Develop a master paid media copy guideline based on existing brand guidelines
Develop creative campaign concepts in partnership with the Senior Art Director
Oversee the localization and adaptation of content for multiple international markets and regions
Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure a 99% accuracy rate in all copies
Work closely with designers, strategists, and media teams to ensure alignment between copy and visuals
Optimize content for SEO, ad performance, and platform best practices, including headlines, keywords, sitelinks and descriptions
Stay informed on digital trends, brand messaging, and audience insights to craft relevant and engaging content
Requirements
5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or creative writing within a digital marketing or creative agency environment
Strong understanding of digital, social (particularly Linked In), and paid media content best practices
Experience leading a team of writers and managing content workflows
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, markets, and languages
Strong project management skills, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and automation is a plus
