Design, produce and adapt digital assets (banners, social, paid media creatives, 2D designs) for multiple channel formats with a prime focus on Baidu
Develop the Chinese version of the master paid media playbook ensuring design guidelines adhere to Baidu best practices and match English guidebook tone/look
Collaborate with the Senior Art Director, Chinese copywriter and wider creative team on campaign concepts
Ensure creative assets incorporate local Chinese cultural nuances to drive relevance
Implement AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and scale large creative campaigns
Maintain design systems and modular creative approaches for consistency and adaptability
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure 99% content accuracy
Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising
Report into the Associate Creative Director and work with Traffic Managers, Creative Strategists, Creation Directors, Designers, Ad Developers and client servicing teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in multimedia design, 2D design, digital design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
Experience with adtech platforms such as Baidu, Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio
Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and Baidu’s ad formats best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines
Great attention to detail and quality control to achieve 99% accuracy
