Develop the Japanese version of the master paid media playbook and ensure design guidelines match English guidebook while respecting Japanese cultural nuances
Collaborate with Associate Creative Director, Japanese copywriter, and wider creative teams to develop campaign concepts
Implement AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and scale large creative campaigns
Maintain design systems and modular creative approaches for consistency and adaptability
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to achieve ~99% accuracy across content
Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and digital advertising best practices
Requirements
3+ years of experience in multimedia design, 2D design, digital design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
Experience with adtech platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio
Knowledge of digital advertising formats and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines
Great attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality assets
