About the role
- Craft and adapt creative campaigns and high-volume digital assets for the Japanese market
- Design and produce banners, social media content, paid media creatives, and 2D designs following platform best practices
- Develop the Japanese version of the master paid media playbook and ensure design guidelines match English guidebook while respecting Japanese cultural nuances
- Collaborate with Associate Creative Director, Japanese copywriter, and wider creative teams to develop campaign concepts
- Implement AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and scale large creative campaigns
- Maintain design systems and modular creative approaches for consistency and adaptability
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to achieve ~99% accuracy across content
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and digital advertising best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, 2D design, digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- Experience with adtech platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio
- Knowledge of digital advertising formats and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines
- Great attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality assets
- Experience with AI-driven design tools is a plus
