About the role

  • Building relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgical centers, home health organizations and post-acute care facilities to create trust and new partnerships
  • Leading a consultative solution-based sale which is inclusive of multiple C-suite buyers and multiple cross-functional teams within a healthcare organization
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Customer Success Teams to support big growth in your territory and achieve corporate goals
  • Creating and articulating compelling core value propositions to target customers
  • Navigating AI governance boards, IT teams, and integration requirements
  • Building, maintaining and driving a robust sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling healthcare enterprise software solutions
  • Focus in healthcare technology, healthcare services and/or selling to the CEO, COO, CHRO and CNO personas is preferred
  • Multiple year track record of achievement against quota
  • Deep experience navigating complex enterprise deals, with multiple stakeholders and influencers
  • Experience and evidence using AI in your day-to-day work to drive key outcomes
