About the role

  • Own and manage the entire corporate website infrastructure on Webflow
  • Continuously monitor and improve website performance for core web vitals, SEO, and overall user experience
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new website features
  • Lead technical SEO efforts
  • Develop, execute, and manage the end-to-end digital advertising strategy
  • Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative refresh cycles
  • Establish clear metrics and provide regular, data-driven reporting on campaign performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing
  • minimum of 3+ years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at a Manager level or equivalent
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Webflow is required
  • Proven expertise in managing significant budgets and driving performance across major paid advertising platforms
  • A strong, demonstrated understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation methodologies
  • Highly proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 is a must)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to front-end development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
