About the role
- Own and manage the entire corporate website infrastructure on Webflow
- Continuously monitor and improve website performance for core web vitals, SEO, and overall user experience
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new website features
- Lead technical SEO efforts
- Develop, execute, and manage the end-to-end digital advertising strategy
- Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative refresh cycles
- Establish clear metrics and provide regular, data-driven reporting on campaign performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing
- minimum of 3+ years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at a Manager level or equivalent
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Webflow is required
- Proven expertise in managing significant budgets and driving performance across major paid advertising platforms
- A strong, demonstrated understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation methodologies
- Highly proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 is a must)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to front-end development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
