Capture and maintain relationships with advisors and teams within Northwestern Mutual, Mass Mutual and Guardian
Work with advisors to develop and maintain relationships to be their first choice of a partner to onboard their entire book of business
Manage the ongoing relationship with each new advisor and team you bring onboard while continuing to work to add net-new advisors to your growing book of business
Manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals working closely with VP Sales
Penetrate target accounts within your book of business and expand network offices and agencies
Engage and ramp relationships with existing advisors through a high velocity consultative sales process and conduct 1:1 and group pitch meetings weekly
Manage a high-volume book of business and build strong, durable relationships with advisors to grow their client base on Inclined
Inform and train advisors clients with up to date product developments and best practices
Support the overall partnership by advocating for the advisor client needs to inform Inclined’s roadmap
Deliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries
Contribute accurate records and notes to a team-wide CRM
Cross train among other carriers
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in sales, particular focus in consumer finance
Demonstrated competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience
Self-directed with the ability to work independently
Proven track record of success to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously
Team player, accountable, sales minded
Organized and with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and follow through
