About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the mid-market segment
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B software sales role
- Experience selling to mid-market companies
- Restaurant SaaS Experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Open to traveling to customers and/or industry events
