About the role
- Work on the front line of demand generation with large accounts;
- Conduct outbound prospecting;
- Make cold calls;
- Qualify leads to determine business potential, understand customer needs, and assess alignment with the company's products or services;
- Approach potential customers with personalized outreach through cold calling and social selling;
- Schedule meetings and calls with qualified leads to present the company's products or services and discuss potential solutions to their needs;
- Understand the current situation and identify customer pain points, needs, and motivations to find the best solution;
- Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team;
- Understand business pains and connect them with real solutions;
- Update the CRM (HubSpot) in real time; implement and maintain a clear pipeline management process, updating with defined activities and exit criteria that serve as a guide to move an opportunity to a meeting with an Account Executive;
- Report weekly on the progress of prospecting opportunities to sales leadership;
- Stay up to date on the company's product specifications and service offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the company's value and differentiators to leads;
- Perform periodic follow-up with prospects;
- Act as the right hand and maintain close alignment with Sales Executives;
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams based on interactions with leads;
- Participate in trainings and meetings;
- Attend events for prospecting purposes;
- Track your own and the team's metrics;
- Be a key player in building long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in active, consultative B2B SaaS prospecting for large accounts;
- Experience with and interest in working with consultative SaaS solutions;
- Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads, actively seeking potential clients and exploring ways to expand the company's customer base;
- Ability to set sales goals and meet deadlines;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams within the organization, such as marketing and sales, to ensure an integrated approach to lead generation and business development;
- Knowledge of outbound and inbound marketing and the sales funnel;
