About the role
- Manage hiring, terminations, vacation and leave processes
- Support and oversee payroll in partnership with accounting and external providers
- Administer benefits (meal and food allowances — VR/VA, health insurance, etc.)
- Monitor work hours, electronic timekeeping, overtime and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and internal policies
- Keep employee labor documentation and personnel records up to date
- Support audits, inspections and legal requests when necessary
- Assist recruitment and selection processes
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Participate in workplace climate, culture, engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Monitor HR and payroll KPIs (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.)
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in related HR areas
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of priorities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences
- Hands-on mindset, eager to learn and grow with the company
