• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of PR, social media, events, awards and internal communications activity
• Help tell the company's story, promote key projects, support event activity, and strengthen the company's external profile
• Coordinate event logistics including registrations, suppliers, travel, accommodation, collateral, merchandise, presentation materials and briefing documents
• Draft and coordinate award entries, gathering evidence from across the business where required

• Lead the introduction of new offerings — including PNI services, SD-WAN packages, enterprise security bundles, and Amazon LEO
• Build the solution playbook
