Job Level

About the role

  • Design and build AI-assisted workflows for IT, access, security, and ops.
  • Own access management across our stack (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
  • Maintain clean permissions for a globally distributed, contractor-heavy team.
  • Handle day-to-day IT requests (mostly access; intentionally lightweight).
  • Architect and implement a modern security posture from a loose starting point.
  • Build real incident response playbooks (not theoretical ones).
  • Detect and shut down threats like impersonation, phishing, and domain abuse.
  • Own GDPR compliance and data-handling standards.
  • Audit our current environment and design an optimized roadmap.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on IT or systems background (remote-first experience preferred).
  • Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and modern tooling.
  • Comfort scripting, working with APIs, and building real systems (not demos).
  • Solid understanding of identity, access, and security fundamentals.
  • Experience responding to real-world security issues (impersonation, phishing, abuse).
  • Ability to explain risk, tradeoffs, and systems clearly to non-technical leaders.
  • Bias toward building, testing, and improving systems continuously.
Benefits
  • Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days
  • Flexible hours
  • Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)
  • Global pods (meet creatives from all around the world)
  • High opportunity for growth!
