About the role
- Define and evolve the company’s brand identity, narrative, and value propositions across priority industries and service lines
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all internal and external touchpoints
- Build and manage a customer storytelling program, including case studies, testimonials, and video stories
- Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as an expert in Salesforce, technology consulting, sustainability, and industry transformation
- Work with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners to co-market solutions, secure press and promotional opportunities
- Produce high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, industry insights, social media posts, newsletters
- Plan, manage, and execute events, webinars, and virtual/in-person experiences
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure marketing is aligned with business priorities
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services
- Proven experience establishing a marketing in a fast-growing organisation
- Strong capability across brand, content development, digital channels, and event/webinar management
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio of content demonstrating high quality and versatility
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and partners
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics)
