About the role

  • Lead the design and build-out of a scalable data architecture within Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Act as a hybrid lead, spending 70% of your time on Business Analysis and 30% on Data Engineering
  • Partner closely with Marketing Managers and Product Owners to define technical requirements
  • Ensure seamless integration and data integrity between Snowflake and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Create and maintain architectural blueprints, data mapping, and functional requirement documents

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Salesforce Data Cloud
  • A profile that balances strong Business Analysis (70%) with technical Data Engineering (30%)
  • 3–5+ years in data-driven roles with solid experience in Snowflake and SQL (Basic to Intermediate)
  • Exceptional communication skills to navigate complex requirements with Product and Marketing stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile environments within distributed, remote teams
  • High proficiency in English for daily technical and business communication.
