About the role
- Develop advanced level understanding of customer Jobs-to-be-Done, across users, technical stakeholders, and executive buyers.
- Build and continuously refine positioning + messaging that clearly explains The Job-to-be-Done that Imubit targets, and Imubit’s unique and differentiated solution for that JTBD.
- Develop strong understanding of the competitive and adjacent landscape (direct competitors, internal alternatives, “do nothing”).
- Develop a strong understanding of how AI platforms are evaluated, bought, deployed, and expanded in our target markets.
- Become deeply fluent in Imubit’s technology, including strengths, limitations, and differentiation.
- Leverage AI continuously to "supersize" market and customer research synthesis to sharpen strategic insights.
- Maintain strong judgment: validate outputs, avoid hallucinations, and uphold credibility with technical and executive audiences.
- Establish a repeatable framework for translating product capabilities into customer outcomes, ROI narratives, and GTM assets.
- Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for launches including launch briefs, timelines, readiness, internal enablement, external rollout, post-launch tracking and iteration.
- Apply repeatable AI workflows (templates, prompts, structured inputs/outputs) that increase speed without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
- Produce high-quality, high-leverage customer-facing and sales-facing materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers and competitive battlecards.
- Utilize AI for rapid writing and iteration of briefs, decks, messaging, and enablement content generation/repurposing.
- Use AI tools to streamline meeting preparation, follow-ups, and decision capture to increase team-wide leverage.
- Drive revenue impact through PMM systems that improve pipeline conversion, win rate, and expansion readiness.
- Build scalable, lightweight operating processes for messaging governance and voice-of-customer insights loops.
- Define leading and lagging PMM KPIs and operationalize them with stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree required, MS/MA/MBA welcomed
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience (enterprise/technical preferred).
- Proven ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive alignment without authority.
- Excellent communication skills: structured, crisp, persuasive, high signal-to-noise.
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical thinking: can translate customer + market input into clear actions.
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to use AI tools to amplify output.
- Travel requirements 15-20%.
