Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare journal entries, schedules and supporting documents for compilation into IMT Corporation's financial statements.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts for IMT Corporation.
• Reconcile cash receipts to software billings on a weekly basis.
• Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
• Assist with billing and monitor sales tax compliance with various state requirements.
• File sales and use tax forms.
• Track internally developed software in accordance with accounting standards.
• Provide support for IMT Insurance Company processes and special projects as needed.
• Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and general ledger software.
• Works under general supervision.
