About the role
- Lead execution of IMS' growth strategy by achieving individual and team revenue targets
- Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance accountability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure attainment of revenue and growth goals
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, quarterly business reviews, and monthly performance assessments
- Maintain an active in-market presence (approximately 50% travel, including conferences and client meetings)
- Build and deepen executive-level relationships with attorneys, law firms, and corporate clients
- Collaborate with service delivery, consulting, recruiting, and marketing leaders to advance revenue-generating initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership within a professional services environment (e.g., consulting, legal, advisory, litigation support, or IT services)
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling client development teams
- Consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving senior stakeholders
- Litigation support or legal industry experience preferred
- Executive-level relationship development and consultative selling expertise
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and value articulation
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insight into growth initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable operating in matrixed organizations and collaborating cross-functionally
