About the role
- Support and assist customers to achieve success using Impulseup.
- Conduct planned meetings and activities with clients.
- Perform demonstrations and configure the Impulseup platform for customers.
- Create, review, and publish various content for our blogs.
- Proactively collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to plan new ways to improve the customer experience.
- Stay continuously updated on market trends related to strategic HR.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Consultative customer service experience (internal or external) with strong empathy.
- Experience in goal management, performance management, or Organizational Human Development (DHO).
- Experience creating training programs and workshops.
- Experience in strategic planning.
- Interest in diving deep into the product and continuously staying up to date on HR trends.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients while maintaining control of technical details.
- Ability to balance empathy with the firmness required to manage expectations.
