About the role

  • Support and assist customers to achieve success using Impulseup.
  • Conduct planned meetings and activities with clients.
  • Perform demonstrations and configure the Impulseup platform for customers.
  • Create, review, and publish various content for our blogs.
  • Proactively collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to plan new ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Stay continuously updated on market trends related to strategic HR.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Consultative customer service experience (internal or external) with strong empathy.
  • Experience in goal management, performance management, or Organizational Human Development (DHO).
  • Experience creating training programs and workshops.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Interest in diving deep into the product and continuously staying up to date on HR trends.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients while maintaining control of technical details.
  • Ability to balance empathy with the firmness required to manage expectations.
