About the role
- Lead Marketing Analyst responsible for On-Chain Data Analysis using Advanced SQL.
- Develop expertise in GTM (Server-Side) and GA4 to bridge off-chain to on-chain conversion data.
- Build real-time analytics and visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
- Utilize AI & Social Intelligence tools for data collection and analysis.
- Perform Data Science & Forecasting tasks using Python or R.
Requirements
- Web3 Analytics: 4+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically within DeFi or L1/L2 ecosystems.
- Marketing Ops Proficiency: Familiarity with Headless CMS websites, Google Analytics, SEO tracking, and social sentiment tools (eg Kaito).
- Technical Breadth: Ability to query on-chain data (SQL) and translate complex Agentic AI settlement logs into digestible growth reports for the team.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of prediction market mechanics (CLOB vs. AMM), oracle disputes, and the current KOL/Alpha landscape on Crypto-X.
- Agility: Comfortable pivoting strategies (from organic to "Fuel Injection" contingency funds) based on real-time PMF signals.
