• Partner with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to design and present solutions for Imply Lumi that address customer needs in observability, SIEM, and adjacent analytics use cases.
• Leverage deep expertise in Splunk and familiarity with related tools such as Cribl, Grafana, and Elastic to ensure seamless integration into customer environments.
• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments, ensuring smooth onboarding, measurable value delivery, and alignment with customer business objectives to drive new and expansion opportunities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting during pre-sales and early adoption phases, building customer trust through technical expertise, responsive engagement, and a commitment to long-term success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying optimization opportunities, uncovering additional use cases, and sharing best practices for managing observability and security data at scale.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer feedback, address solution gaps, and influence the Lumi roadmap to improve product-market fit.
• Help achieve revenue targets set by the company
• Keep opportunity information up-to-date in Salesforce and other tools in partnership with the Sales team

Senior Customer Architect

Account Executive

• Develop and execute a territory plan to generate revenue and acquire new customers
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to expand engagement across organizations
• Lead impactful presentations and product demonstrations in partnership with Customer Architects
• Consult with prospects to understand their specific needs, recommend solutions, prepare/present proposals, and drive contracts to execution
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of client requirements around infrastructure, data, and observability, and how the Imply Lumi solution addresses those needs
• Identify compelling business drivers for prospects and persuasively articulate how Imply delivers superior value compared to alternatives
• Navigate enterprise budgeting and purchasing processes with knowledge of recommender and decision-maker roles to progress opportunities from discovery through close
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual activity and revenue targets set by the company
• Accurately log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, next steps) in Salesforce and related tools
• Stay current on industry developments, trends, and best practices by attending sales seminars, team meetings, and educational activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Imply products, pricing, and contract terms
• Travel as required to engage with prospects and customers face-to-face (approximately 25% travel, subject to conditions)

Enterprise Account Executive

Security Engineer

• Work across Engineering, IT, HR, Legal, and People Operations to implement and monitor enterprise and product security controls for SOC2, HIPAA/HITRUST, ISO 27001, PCI, GDPR, etc.
• Review and determine applicability of requirements of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Engage directly with regulators and auditors to manage compliance audits, conference calls, and/or in-person meetings
• Own compliance programs and other compliance offerings in collaboration with global team members
• Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams to provide assessors and customers with meaningful updates
• Validate ongoing compliance of policies and procedures and improve policy and procedure documentation
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of compliance-related tasks and controls
• Define specifications, write high-level documents, and interpret regulatory and compliance requirements into concrete product requirements
• Evaluate security requirements for third-parties within the context of implementation within the enterprise/product

• Define and drive the product roadmap for data management capabilities that support observability and security use cases
• Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver features such as high-scale ingestion, tiered storage, compression, compaction, and retention management
• Deeply understand customer needs for ingesting, storing and querying observability and security data—translate those into clear product requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure strong GTM execution and adoption of backend capabilities that unlock end-user value
• Drive performance benchmarking, cost modeling, and usability improvements that enhance the total customer experience
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and help shape a culture of customer-centric product development
