About the role

  • Source and attract top candidates for our teams in France and internationally.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from initial screening to coordinating interviews.
  • Contribute to projects to improve the candidate experience and increase employer visibility.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5), ideally in Human Resources, a business school, or a related field.
  • Proactive and autonomous.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Previous recruitment experience or experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a strong plus.
