Sales

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a multi-market sales team
• Run weekly one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, sales meetings, and field ride-alongs
• Establish activity expectations, pipeline standards, reporting discipline, and follow-up cadence
• Improve CRM usage, forecast accuracy, conversion tracking, and sales accountability
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire additional sales representatives
• Build onboarding, ramp plans, training, scripts, scorecards, and first-90-day success plans
• Personally develop and close larger commercial, regional, and national accounts
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, commercial real estate groups, insurance professionals, brokers, carrier contacts, and referral partners
• Lead agent, broker, and residential referral-channel strategy across multiple markets
• Track referral-to-job conversion, average job value, account activity, and channel performance
• Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with sales priorities
• Manage sales reporting, pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and performance updates for ownership
• Develop sales playbooks, cross-market best-practice sharing, and win/loss reviews
• Travel regularly across assigned markets
