• Responsible for managing on-boarding activities, contractual compliance, and ongoing worker administration
• Act as single point of contact for Pre-Selected/Pre-Identified W2 employee candidates
• Present offer of employment, coordinate start dates, and collect missing onboarding and background documents
• Thoroughly explain the onboarding process to the candidate and coordinate all new hire paperwork
• Maintain contact with employees to ensure an overall enjoyable employment experience

Growth Marketing

• Own the full-funnel acquisition and activation engine that attracts candidates to our platform
• Build and run segmented nurture flows and re-engagement sequences in our marketing automation platform
• Own email acquisition programs end-to-end: list strategy, segmentation, copy, and performance reporting
• Partner with Product to identify where candidates drop off between registration and first placement
• Build the tracking and attribution framework that connects ad spend to activation to placement, across channels and job categories
• Use AI tools to accelerate audience research, creative production, and campaign iteration as a core part of your workflow

B2C Growth Marketing Manager

• Own the full-funnel acquisition and activation engine that attracts candidates to our platform
• Build and execute campaigns across lifecycle, conversion, and activation channels
• Partner closely with the paid channels owner to align on audience, timing, and messaging
• Work closely with Product to improve in-platform conversion
• Use data to make fast decisions about what's working and what isn't
• Build and run segmented nurture flows in our marketing automation platform
• Own email acquisition programs end-to-end: list strategy, segmentation, copy, and performance reporting
• Own candidate-facing acquisition pages: writing copy, configuring tracking, and running conversion tests
• Design lifecycle interventions to improve activation rates
• Build the tracking and attribution framework that connects ad spend to activation to placement
• Present results with clear takeaways and a point of view on what's next
• Use AI tools to accelerate audience research, creative production, and campaign iteration
