Graphics Designer

• Graphic Design. Conceptualize and design creative materials for campaigns, websites, reports, presentations, and social media; maintain brand consistency while contributing fresh, innovative design ideas; collaborate with team members to align visual design with strategic objectives; prepare final artwork files for production and maintain impeccable file management systems; stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools.
• Representing Impactual. Professionally represent the company in meetings, webinars, phone calls, and over email. This includes ensuring all work products meet Impactual’s quality control standards including proper grammar, proper formatting, integrity, and originality.
• Promote Strong Internal Culture. Supports the development of healthy internal culture rooted in Impactual values, proactively identifying opportunities for values advancement, and working with partners to identify and address challenges. Delegates responsibilities and manages team members to ensure all client goals are met and delivered in a timely manner; communicates company policies throughout the organization and ensures they are followed at all times; conducts annual performance reviews.
