Project Manager

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, key impact metrics.
• Drive projects forward in collaboration with the firm's partners, proactively identifying and resolving challenges before they impact outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to our high standard of quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, policymakers, nonprofits, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and synthesizing (and tracking) action items for all participants.
• Translate complex information into clear updates and recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Implement systems, tools, and workflows that improve project management and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage project documentation, budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Work with colleagues at Impactual to ensure alignment across teams and clients.
• Serve as the central coordinator for incoming research and project requests, ensuring requests are properly documented, prioritized, and tracked through completion.
• Maintain meticulous records of all incoming requests using Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tracking systems.
• Produce regular status reports and dashboards to communicate priorities, progress, and needs to internal and external stakeholders.
