- Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated, self directed Sales Representative to help grow the client base. This role is 100% remote and performance based. You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, and closing new business.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential without micromanagement.
Requirements
- - Identify and prospect potential clients including service based businesses, franchises, and B2B companies
- - Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and warm referrals
- - Run discovery calls and explain The Write Way’s value clearly
- - Close new accounts and hand off clients smoothly
- - Maintain basic notes in CRM or shared tracking system
- - Represent the brand professionally and authentically
- Ideal Candidate
- - Comfortable with commission only compensation
- - Confident communicator who can sell value not discounts
- - Self motivated and organized without daily supervision
- - Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or service sales preferred
- - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
