Events

• Plan and manage all Pella events, including but not limited to annual Kickoff, Graduation & Celebration, Christmas and Easter recognition, monthly Union gatherings, annual Creation Museum and Ark Encounter trip, fundraising, Walkabout (The Trek) and Israel graduate trip
• Follow Pella’s preferred process for event protocol
• Attend or find a Pella staff member to attend all events as the Pella representative
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to internal and external persons within 24 hours
• Post event pictures on Pella approved social media
• Promoting and supporting Pella Hill's vision, mission, and statement of faith
• Communicating with Pella leaders, teachers, and staff
• Attending and participating in required calendar events
• Communicating practice and planning information with families
