About the role
- Uphold the mission and vision of Eagle School International by coordinating and giving direction to the athletic programs including practice schedules, gym availability, and developing team rosters.
- Develop a track meet schedule each spring.
- Conduct a parent informational meeting prior to the beginning of the school year.
- Represent ESI at all MAISL league meetings and relay action items as appropriate and in a timely manner.
- Report periodically to the ESI principal, or as requested by the principal.
- Ensure coaches facilitate parent meetings prior to each season.
- Maintain and keep all athletic medical allergies and concussion forms up to date for all athletes.
- Organize and prioritize details to meet multiple short-term and long-term objectives.
Requirements
- Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive and be willing to learn new software programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to work with students in all capacities.
- Has a strong grasp of the essence of Christian education, especially sports environments.
- A mature, sincere Christ follower, confirming their faith as per the school's Statement of Faith.
