Key responsibilities & impact

Uphold the mission and vision of Eagle School International by coordinating and giving direction to the athletic programs including practice schedules, gym availability, and developing team rosters.
Develop a track meet schedule each spring.
Conduct a parent informational meeting prior to the beginning of the school year.
Represent ESI at all MAISL league meetings and relay action items as appropriate and in a timely manner.
Report periodically to the ESI principal, or as requested by the principal.
Ensure coaches facilitate parent meetings prior to each season.
Maintain and keep all athletic medical allergies and concussion forms up to date for all athletes.
Organize and prioritize details to meet multiple short-term and long-term objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive and be willing to learn new software programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Desire to work with students in all capacities.
Has a strong grasp of the essence of Christian education, especially sports environments.
A mature, sincere Christ follower, confirming their faith as per the school's Statement of Faith.
