About the role

  • Uphold the mission and vision of Eagle School International by coordinating and giving direction to the athletic programs including practice schedules, gym availability, and developing team rosters.
  • Develop a track meet schedule each spring.
  • Conduct a parent informational meeting prior to the beginning of the school year.
  • Represent ESI at all MAISL league meetings and relay action items as appropriate and in a timely manner.
  • Report periodically to the ESI principal, or as requested by the principal.
  • Ensure coaches facilitate parent meetings prior to each season.
  • Maintain and keep all athletic medical allergies and concussion forms up to date for all athletes.
  • Organize and prioritize details to meet multiple short-term and long-term objectives.

Requirements

  • Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive and be willing to learn new software programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desire to work with students in all capacities.
  • Has a strong grasp of the essence of Christian education, especially sports environments.
  • A mature, sincere Christ follower, confirming their faith as per the school's Statement of Faith.
