About the role
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand needs and requirements
- Work on recruiting strategy including job descriptions and recruiting plans
- Interact with potential candidates on various platforms
- Organize and conduct online interviews
- Manage the existing internal candidate database
- Build excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager with daily operations and hiring-related documentation
Requirements
- Higher Education
- Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles
- Experience in headhunting is a bonus
- Strong record as a team player
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills
- Passionate about recruitment, networking, and human resources
