About the role

  • Assist Managers in developing sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about new products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and coach the sales team.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Prepare regular sales reports.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
  • Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the database.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
