About the role
- Bits of your job: Design engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our websites.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver design solutions.
- Prepare design assets for implementation and production.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends and best practices.
- Perform additional design-related tasks and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in UI/UX and web design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with branding, typography, and layout design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and web design work.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong user-centered mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with good organization and time management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with openness to feedback.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and methods.
