About the role
- Play a key role in leading and scaling our practice within a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment
- Provide oversight and governance for sold and managed client engagements
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and key business levers across your client portfolio
- Ensure consistent delivery quality
- Manage and mentor diverse project teams
- Oversee staffing and utilization

- Forge and expand client relationships

Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, with demonstrated leadership at the Director, Principal, or equivalent level
- Proven experience leading large, complex consulting engagements and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong background in strategy, operations, and performance improvement within healthcare organizations
- A trusted client partner who anticipates needs and delivers tailored solutions, engaging, guiding, and inspiring healthcare leaders to achieve meaningful change
- An inspirational practice leader who motivates, develops, and aligns team members to firm goals through a culture of accountability, growth, and personal achievement
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar) preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
- Authorized to work in the US
