💰 £65,000 - £70,000 per year

About the role

  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for gaining in-depth product knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, working with the sales team, providing product feedback, analysing competitors, and staying current with industry trends and practices.
  • You will be a key part of delivering commercial success at IMP.
  • IMP’s suite of Financial Management Solutions help Multi Academy Trusts to remove the faff from MAT Finance.
  • Given that we win by helping customers to understand how we can solve their unique challenges, it is vital that we are able to provide a consultative buying process that really understand their needs.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of MAT Financial Management systems.
  • Experienced in commercial discussions.
  • Excellent communication with clear articulation whilst presenting.
  • A good listener, who can ask great questions to understand the challenges that our prospect.
  • Enjoys working as a team player and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Able to keep up to date with the latest government guidance and confident in presenting this to our customers/prospects.
